Summary The Inter-Cultural Education Program was a summer program at the WSU-EC Campus School for minority group and educationally disadvantaged youth from the Racine, Black River Falls, Hayward, and Eau Claire areas, to improve children’s skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing through various methods and to appreciate their own and other cultures.
