Series 3: Legal Briefs and Petitions
Series contains legal briefs and petitions filed by various parties over the duration of the legal proceedings. The briefs provide background information on the case, parties involved, flowage management and Winter Dam. Each brief presented by the Lac Courte Oreilles, Northern States Power or the Federal Power Commission portrays their argument for or against the renewal of License 108 and responses to briefs presented by other participants.
