Includes correspondence between the university and Board of Regents of Normal Schools and Board of Regents of State Colleges about budget balances, budget requests, audits, etc. Also includes lists of faculty and staff salaries, budgets and reports (titled “briefs”) showing the needs of the Eau Claire State Normal School, budget defense of the Normal School, Board of Regents budgets and proposed budgets, Board of Regents of State Colleges Operating Budgets, and 1973-75 Biennium Budget Preparation materials.
