Copies of records of numerous churches and cemeteries in Eau Claire County, Wisconsin microfilmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah in cooperation with the State Historical Society of Wisconsin. Representing the Baptist, Catholic, Congregational, Episcopal, Lutheran, Methodist, and Presbyterian denominations, the records usually consist of membership and sacramental record books. Cemetery records usually include the plot locations, names of owners and those interred, and maps. The original records were loaned for copying by their custodians and were returned when copying was completed. Also included on this film are records, 1875-1982, of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Pleasantville (Town of Hale, Trempealeau County) (Reel 2, Item 1), and records, 1896-1982, of Truax Congregational Church, Town of Wheaton (Chippewa County) (Reel 3, Item 4).
