Scope and Contents
Case files pertaining to probate of estates, descent of real estate, determination of heirships, and some criminal cases heard before the County Court. Included are depositions, motions, inventories, and other documents filed with the court. The microfilm consists of service copies of film produced in 1987 and 1999 by the Genealogical Society of Utah which holds the master negative. Materials are arranged By case file number, which is roughly chronological.
