Circuit Court case files dealing with civil and criminal actions. Legal papers include complaints, summonses, affidavits, petitions, court orders, and decrees. Materials are arranged by case file number which is chronological. Some cases were not assigned case numbers, they are arranged chronologically and appear before the numbered cases. To use this series, researchers should obtain the case number from the Clerk of Courts Office, Alma, Wisconsin. Proceedings are included for most years. Some cases have not been assigned.
