Summary The Chippewa Valley Book Festival began in 1999 under the auspices of the Literary Arts Committee of the Eau Claire Regional Arts Council. In 2000, the festival began hosting authors, and as of 2024 it has enabled over 330 writers to share their art and experiences with the Eau Claire area community.
