Administrative records include meeting minutes of the Normal School Board, 1904-1930; reports and teacher contracts, 1877-1930; financial records, 1909-1930; and annual catalogs, 1908-1918. Pupil records include student organization meeting minutes, 1921-1926; and students' enrollment, attendance, grades and graduation records, 1905-1930.

School census reports submitted by school district clerks to the Eau Claire County Superintendent of Schools. Provide names of persons less than twenty years of age residing in the school district. Records for the City of Eau Claire are not present in this series.
