Summary Records of the Eau Claire (Wisconsiin) Civic Art Association which was founded in 1957 and governed by a Board of Trustees with representatives from the Art League, the Eau Claire Women's Club, the Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Catholic Women's Club, the Eau Claire Service League, and the Library Board.
