Files relating to current and defunct student organizations at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and its predecessor institutions. Materials include petitions for recognition as a student organization, constitutions, by-laws, and officer rosters. Some files also contain correspondence between officers of the organization and the Activities and Programs Office. Also included are digital image files for sports clubs and student organizations located in the Digital Asset Preservation Storage: “AS358_UWECStudentOrganizationsFiles” collection: (ALD/PES, Circle K, Greek organizations, Japanese Cultural Society, Mahjong Club, Phi Beta Lambda Org Files, Sports Club Photos, SSS Advisory Board, Student Org. photos), ranging from 2001-2009.
