This collection consists of pictures, membership lists, newspaper articles, show programs, and other materials related to the A Cappella Choir during its biggest period of success under the direction of music teacher Clara Mae Ward.

Records of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, established at Eau Claire in 1949. They organize social events at the university and their service activities support the American Red Cross, Special Olympics, and the Salvation Army, etc. Records include organization files, membership lists, anniversary materials, photographs, scrapbooks, and artifacts. Oral history interviews conducted by students and staff, prior to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Centennial in 2016. The interviews cover a wide range of topics related to the history of the school. Includes digital materials.

Papers and scrapbooks of a national graduate honorary society for male and female business professionals committed to furthering business education, the Beta Sigma chapter of Delta Pi Epsilon. University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire professor Lorraine Missling founded the Beta Sigma Chapter in the 1970s. The chapter was quite active from 1984-1994, sponsoring speakers and program and inducting new members. Activity declined in the mid 1990s; the chapter seems to have become defunct in 1997.

Collection contains the organizational and business records of UW-Eau Claire’s local chapter of National Collegiate Players Pi Epsilon Delta, an honorary dramatic fraternity.

Records of the Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society, chartered at UW-Eau Claire in 1974. Records include organization files, membership lists, photographs, and memorabilia of a 2012 Convention pin; 30th Anniversary (2004) and Circle of Distinction (2012) certificates; and a light teal, black, and white society banner.

Records of Phi Kappa Phi, a national scholastic honor society, 1955 through 2010. Records and artifacts detail the history of the local chapter on campus (formed in April 1969), committees, correspondence, public relations, initiation programs, meeting minutes, activities, membership lists, and national society handbooks. UW-Eau Claire is not listed in the national Phi Kappa Phi current directory (in April 2022) for Wisconsin chapters.

Gamma Delta Chapter of the Kappa Pi Fraternity was installed as a charter member of the National Honorary Art Fraternity in April 1957. Membership required ten semester art credits with a 3.0 grade point average, an overall scholastic average of 2.4, and one-year membership in the college art club. Kappa Pi published two national magazines and one newsletter annually.

Records of Sigma Gamma Zeta Sorority, founded in 1940 by Mrs. Lyla Flagler and Mrs. Margaret Christofferson, and reactivated in 1979 as Sigma Gamma Zeta II. Includes organization records, scrapbooks, and artifacts.
