Biographical/Historical Note

Originally from Turtle Lake, Wisconsin, Jeanette Gaffney Miller attended the Eau Claire State Normal School and graduated in 1928. She was a member of the student council, YWCA, and the Pep Club. She majored in mathematics and science and was preparing for a career teaching high school.
