Summary The Eau Claire Area Committee and Citizen Advisory Council was a committee of citizens from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and the surrounding communities, formed to help disseminate information about the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and it's predecessors to the primary region from which the institution draws its students.
