Summary Records relating to Memorial Hall, first residence hall on the Eau Claire State Teachers College campus in 1947. It was originally the Dulany Mansion of lumber baron Daniel Dulany, located on the northwest corner of State Street and Garfield Avenue. It became a men’s dormitory in 1955 when a new women’s dormitory was built.
