Interviews conducted by Dolores Beaudette with eight elderly residents of Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, concerning their recollections about the history and growth of the community, ca. 1900-1940s, with information on area lumber camps. Personal papers of Clarice Chase Dunn, a 1937 Eau Claire State Teachers College graduate. Records document her time as a teacher at the Heart Mountain (Wyoming) relocation camp school for Japanese Americans during World War II, and her efforts in the 1980s to establish redress payments to those who were interned in these camps. Includes an oral history interview with Dunn that was conducted around 2004.
