Robert Frost manuscript materials and books collected by Frederick G. Schmidt. Over 40 first, limited or otherwise rare editions of Robert Frost’s books, many of which have been signed and inscribed by Frost, are included along with approximately 50 books which contain or discuss Robert Frost’s poetry. Included among the manuscript portions of the collection are handwritten pieces of poetry, Christmas cards, other published works by Robert Frost, and fragmentary correspondence.

The Viennese Ball at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is a formal event that recalls the culture, history and music of 19th-century Vienna and provides the opportunity to dance waltzes and polkas. It features many student and faculty ensembles and regional musicians who perform music from many different periods and eras. Proceeds and donations provide music, service and international study awards for University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire students.
William D. McIntyre Family Papers, 1897-2005
Personal and family papers, business papers, and photographs of William D. McIntyre (1897-1973), Eau Claire businessman and member of the Board of Regents of State Normal Schools and State Colleges from 1945 to 1965. McIntyre was involved in local, state, and national politics, local and national organizations, and was known as "Mr. Higher Education in Wisconsin." The UW-Eau Claire campus library is named after McIntyre.
