Papers and scrapbooks of a national graduate honorary society for male and female business professionals committed to furthering business education, the Beta Sigma chapter of Delta Pi Epsilon. University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire professor Lorraine Missling founded the Beta Sigma Chapter in the 1970s. The chapter was quite active from 1984-1994, sponsoring speakers and program and inducting new members. Activity declined in the mid 1990s; the chapter seems to have become defunct in 1997.

The Eau Claire Regional Arts Council (ECRAC) was founded in 1982 and continued until 2018. ECRAC restored the State Theater and operated there, bringing touring shows to the area and providing a venue for local theater groups to perform.
